I recently cancelled my credit card and got a new one since i lost it. My autopay did not go through due to this (new card #). I just replaced my old card # with my new card # under the manage cards feature or whatever. So going forward I'm sure it will work. I am trying to make a payment for the "amount due" ($35 minus $2 auto pay) but it says my account has enough balance so i cannot! Help! Thanks! It says my balance is $2 (from autopay credit) and it says my account is suspended. Can't make calls etc. It also did not immediately charge my new card.
