Service Suspended and Cannot log in to self serve

Hi,

 

My service has been suspended though I paid my bill. Cannot log into public mobile self serve either. Is there any customer service live person I can speak with? Also at what number?

My phone plan hasn't been working since this morning (approx 6 hrs since data was functioning or calls could go out/in)

I just tried to log in as well...seems like there's a problem with the self-serve website. Stay chill folks...try again in an hour. There can be system glicthes from tim to time...this is just one of those glitches.

i have tried incognito and using microsoft edge. The problem is connecting to the domain. I cannot even reach the login page. As well as giving me a:

Error code 20

The proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection timeout.

@juniperberry  and @ZhuanQingZhi  try a different browser and or incognito mode.  If you have tried too many times the system will lock you out and you will have to wait an hour before retrying.

It'll be quicker tho if you clear your cache and use incognito mode and try again. Maybe even try a different browser.

Is it your renewal day and are you seeing a message in your self serve account that service is suspended.  If yes you can ignore the message as long as your phone services are working.

Hearing back from them could take 2-48 hours.
