Guys, please, do something once and for all about the password reset option. I put in my email as requested and then..... NOTHING.....I don't get it. When I worked for Telus years ago, things worked.....for the most part.....now I feel like I'm dealing with an upstart company. You give an option that doesn't work.... you're too big to be this useless.... please, I really don't want to go to the competition...why?..... Because they suck...I pay to get less then what they offer (hint hint). My user is =======@gmail.com...... please.... fix it....I have to update my auto pay in a few months and my plan......again.... please..... fix it......

Click on the ? and mention a need for password reset to initiate a ticket.

Reset password function has had issues for a while. It has been “fixed@ before. Still issues though.
You probably need need to contact moderator to reset password.
