Self serve is normally brutally slow but works. This is one of those times where PM's lack of immediately reachable customer service is evident...

Been like this for an hour for me, at first only failing when I try to make a payment to unsuspend my plan (which had autopay on and should have renewed properly), now nothing will load at all. My card got charged anyway, but no plan reactivation. Great day to be a PM customer.
