I can access PM community pages with no problem at all BUT can't access https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca -----the page just freezes and times out. And yes i have tried clearing cache etc. ----- is the problem perhaps that too many of us are trying to log in and overloading the server?
UPDATE -- managed to log in -- so now all is fine.

Yes that is possible. Just try again sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to load.
I have had that same problem, many times. I just refreshed the page a few times, and it does come back slowly

Yes that is possible. Just try again sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to load.
