That's done by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and after that, typing "change self serve e-mail address".

You can have an account with Gmail and Outlook with the same user name.

1 account/1 email addresses.

Get a new Gmail and use that for your second one

Some people use email alias trick as well.

No unfortunately they haven't allowed something that would be much more efficient yet.

Sorry, but no.

Each PM account has to have unique email address.

What you can do is to have alias for your primary email box.

Meaning: if your primary email is abcdef@gmail.com you can use abc.def@gmail.com for your second PM account and all mail will end up in primary mailbox. Do not know about other email providers but it works for gmail 100%.
