Self Serve down "for maintenance"...yet again

Self-serve is down again, without any forewarning. Seeing as how this is seemingly the billionth time this is happening without any warning, I don't know why I'm even bothering with creating this thread.

Lol @Luddite and @Jeremy_M. You two are hilarious. There's so much maintenance... Why don't Telus users have to go through this every other day? They don't get shut out of self serve XD. What needs so much maintenance?Shouldn't maintenence be a bi-monthly thing? Lol

Agree 100% @Luddite,

Personally, I think we're pretty good when it comes to advising the Community of outages, besides the few human errors we had including yesterday's window.

I will definitely try to rectify this, and be more transparent with all of you.

@Jeremy_M Emergency maintenance could catch everyone off guard. However, a post outlining the expected duration would be in keeping with PM's transparency norm. The same goes for tower outages.
