Agree 100% @Luddite,
Personally, I think we're pretty good when it comes to advising the Community of outages, besides the few human errors we had including yesterday's window.
I will definitely try to rectify this, and be more transparent with all of you.

@Jeremy_M Emergency maintenance could catch everyone off guard. However, a post outlining the expected duration would be in keeping with PM's transparency norm. The same goes for tower outages.
