When my wife activated the new SIM (second card in the family), I omitted to give her the "recommend a friend" code and missed the rewards (for both of us). So, what should I do to recover it and receirewards?

I agree with computergeek541 comment. I missed on a promo code upon signing up. I went to https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage and sent a message to CS_Agent. They were able to help

Please note that Public Mobile does not provide support by e-mail. Sending an e-mail message to Public Mobile in response to a CSA will not yield a response. All communication must be done through the Community website through the private messaging system.

I submitted a ticket but didn't really have the option to say what I need.
I believe that an agent will contact me later and have a "human" communication. Is this correct?

@Florin , please use the chatbot link at the bottom of the web page to initiate a support ticket. The CSA team will be able to assist with applying the referral code.
