Scheduled plan change didn't go through

I had scheduled a plan change to go through today (6gb to 12gb fall promo), but my old plan was renewed instead. I am NOT on autopay and had a sufficient balance for the new plan. Please help.

Same thing happened to me as well on auto pay.

Setup the new plan on the 25th, now today my account renewed on the old 6gb plan

@webeye I believe you will need to conatct one of the moderators directly.  @Mary_M 

When contacting them remember to give them your phone number and the plan you wanted to upgrade to.
