For anybody else, the versions available and their band compatibility:

So it seems that I have all your bands AND the phone uses n66 and n78. So Public Mobile support lied to me essentially, there's an underlying reason why they don't want to support the phone and they're not willing to tell us.

PM uses n66 and n78 for 5G

Thank you for the info. I will try to check that.

I get 5G signal on my Samsung Galaxy A52 5G double sim which I from Asia.
These are my phone's 5G bands:
5G FDD Sub6 -> N1(2100), N3(1800), N7(2600), N28(700)
5G TDD Sub6 -> N41(2500), N78(3500), N79(4500)
I am sharing it just in case you need it to compare with your phone's bands too, as I don't know PM's 5G band either.

What I would suggest then is to reset your network settings and then reboot the phone. Try that. Might get better speeds. Also, it does depend on your location. Like where you are vs the tower, where you are in your home...

I am getting 4G and about 60mb/s. So guess I have to wait until something changes on Public side. Thanks for your reply.

This seems to be an issue with somebody Samsung phones but it may not be indicated on your phone. 4G setting will be as fast as 5G. Just do a speed test to confirm if it is 250Mb/s.

Hey @Malgorzata_1
Here's the whitelist. Doesn't look good for you.
Are you at least able to use your phone? If you can, do a speed test. If you're able to get up to 250mb speeds, the I wouldn't even worry about it.
