I just purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 and I cannot connect my Samsung A70 cell phone to Android Auto. My daughter has a different Samsung model and it connects no issue.
Any suggestions other than calling Samsung who were no help

Definitely not a service provider issue. It's either the phone or the head unit. Also make sure you're using a high quality cord.

@ben_miskin - It must be the device of your phone.

I thought maybe because I have Public Mobile Service and my daughter has Rogers might be the problem

@ben_miskin - What two models are the phones? Yours is the A70 and your daughters is...
do you have Android Auto Enabled in phone? Did you have an android auto supported car last time and did it work?

make sure your A70 is updated with latest firmware, Android Auto also updated.
