Request for Help – SIM Card Cannot Register on Network

Hello,

I am writing to request assistance with my Public Mobile SIM card.

My SIM card was previously working in my old phone, but that phone recently stopped working. I moved the SIM card into a new phone, however it has been unable to connect to the network. The phone continuously shows a message saying it is trying to “register on network,” but it never successfully connects.

I would like to clarify that the SIM card itself does not appear to be faulty. When I place the SIM card back into my original phone (which is an iPhone I used before), it is still able to work normally and I can make phone calls.

However, when I put the SIM card into a new Samsung phone, it cannot register on the network. I also tried inserting it into another newer iPhone, but it still could not connect to the network there either.

I have already tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including restarting devices and resetting network settings, but the issue remains the same.

Since my account is active and my subscription is up to date, I would kindly request that you check my SIM status and help reset or reprovision it so it can properly register on the network.

Hi, 

Where did you get the new samsung phone from? Was it unlocked? It could be locked to the previous carrier.

what model of Samsung phone is that?  if it is a compatible device, then it will be a device issue, probably problem with the sim reader

test with another active sim card to confirm
