I'm on the PM 4G network and i keep getting texts telling me i have to change to the TELUS network. Is my A51 not compatible with th PM network? It says its 4g VoLTE compatible.

My status changed from LTE to UMTS what ever that is.

I got the same message. But I am wondering if its because I cannot call out on 4g. If you go to about phone and tap status information/sim card status you can see what speed you are currently connected to. Verify if that changes when you make a call. Mine changed from LTE on my Samsung 20+ to WCDMA. My phone is capable to support 5G but PM has me set only for 3g. I opened a ticket with PM... waiting to see if its something on their end.
Also, my spouse and my son both have Samsung 20FEs and they have not received that message only me.

Thanks I read the article and typed in my IME number and its looking like it is not compatible with the Public Mobile network. So i guess i'll have to figure out what i'm going to do next. Too bad I've never had any issues with PM till now.
