Phone Esim compatibility Issues

I need help to activate the eSIM. When I purchased the eSIM, it said my phone was eSIM compatible when I entered the IMEI. Then, when I went to the app to activate, it said it was not compatible

It is probably an older phone. Chances are that is is also not VoLTE compatible. Your phone must be VoLTE compatible to make and receive calls. Enter the IMEI on the link to see if it is VoLTE compatible.

If not then you need a newer phone that is compatible. Here is more information due to the 3G shutdown in Canada.
