Public Mobile doesn't usually provide refunds. If you've moved to a network that's in the Telus family, they might provide credit your your account rather than refund. Use this link to message Customer Support to inquire about refund or plan credit...

@Avetik It depends when you moved. Was it on or slightly after the renewal date? If so there would typically not be a refund. If you moved the number before the renewal date your PM account should be closed and they should not have charged you again. There is no pro-rated refund for unused portions of a plan.

Open a ticket through chatbot. Agents do NOT call back PM customers.
Click at https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to open chatbot
Type ‘ticket’
Click on ‘Contact Public Mobile support’
Click on ‘Contact Us’
Click on ‘Other’
Then you have to log in to your account
After successful log in click on ‘Click here to submit a ticket’

if you want, you can click on the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of contacting Customer Support. After the long weekend, could take several hours before they respond though.
If that fails, use this link to message Customer Support......https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Watch the little envelop icon at top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.

best to start your problem solving by letting us know the nature of your issue, then we can guide you to the right place. Public Mobile doesn't do traditional call center support though.
