Trying to renew subscription. I’ve tried a couple cards for payment and it keeps saying can’t process payment, please try again later. Nothing is wrong with the cards. What else could be the issue?

Some customers have success using the Public mobile app to update credit card information.
If you prefer website, you can try to clear cache first, incognito mode or using a different web browser. Even use a different device.

This is something that has been reported by some customers. While I haven't had it happen to me, I have received strange error message while trying update my credit card. I would not continuously try to process the payment. If this is done several times, your credit card will be locked out from use at Public Mobile. I would say to wait until tomorrow to try again, or to purchase a voucher from stores that carry them, either at retail or online from Muskbird or Recharge.

the payment process has been glitchy lately. You could try getting payment vouchers at Shell gas, London Drugs or other retail outlets...then dial 611 to add them to your account for plan renewal. Then deal with Customer Support on your payment card issues.

alternative is to click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of reaching Customer Support to address payment card prob. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
