Why was my subscription not renewed automatically as it usually is? It normally renews every month with my credit card that I have no issues with! Is this due to the technical difficulties presently happening with Public Mobile? Not able to make or receive any calls. When I go to renew the subscription it says try again later... So because Public Mobile has technical difficulties the service on my phone is cancelled? What is this?

I have a 40$/month plan. Is it possible that i need to change my plan because it's an option at the top of my screen to change plan. I am on the website and not the app. When I click pay now it constantly gives me a "Sorry we can not process your payment, try again later" so in the meantime, no phone service.

some have had better luck using the web version rather than the mobile app to Resume service. Try that and if it fails, message Customer Support for their help. Click on that orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start that process.

Sometimes (rarely) autopay fails. You would have to add funds manually and restart service
