I have an ESIM, and today my phone has been really buggy, it has been going offline and turning my cell number to offline today. (Originally thought it was my toddlers getting on my phone). Then all of a sudden my phone went to no SIM card available. I did an update and it worked for the first minute then disappeared to no SIM card again right after. What do I need to do? (I can’t do cellular settings). I have an iPhone 12.
really which I had someone to call for support instead of the chat system since it took me nowhere

I did check to see if it was black listed, and it said my phone is not on the notational blacklist. So you now recommend to put a ticket though the chat?

@Zdog did you use the link I provided you to check if the phone is clean? With your iPhone 12, you will have two IMEI, make sure you check the IMEI that corresponds to your eSIM.
And if the PM app does not see your phone has eSIM and not giving you an option to buy eSIM , it could be a defective eSIM slot or the eSIM could be blacklisted
You can also check with PM CS agent to confirm what was wrong. Please open ticket with PM support:

I have tried all of that. When it comes to buying a new SIM card, it will only give me an option of buying a physical SIM card. So I’m not sure what to do now since I still have no service.

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $ and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device
(in rare case that PM charges you for the replacement esim, you can submit a ticket with PM support and ask them for reimbursement)....thanks to Softech for his input
@Zdog , to add to what @hairbag1 said, Apple says to do this if it shows no SIM in your iPhone -> If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone

you might also want to confirm if any chance your phone was blacklisted:
