Unable to receive texts. Can send, but don't receive any back. Also showing no servie on my phone, when it used to work. Unable to use data as well, account is paid up to date, restarted phone, checked to ensure airplane mode is off. Still has data available, but nothing seems to work on it.

I'm having a lot of SMS issues today as well. Data seems fine, but not receiving texts until I send more (and failures there as well), with good quality signal. Persists after rebooting.

hi @AngelQuebec you have no service in your phone?? you can't even make calls??
are you need subscriber??
from another phone, call 1-855-4PUBLIC, and enter your number and check if the system says your account is active or suspended

Power cycle/reboot the phone. For iOS go to Settings, General, scroll down and select Turn Off. Wait 30 seconds before powering the phone back on.
