I got a phone plan with eSIM but doesn’t work. I bought a physical sim. How can I switch my subscription to physical sim

hi @Hp3 in case you are using app, the place to change sim is slightly different. Login to the app, from the bottom, go to Account, click Change your sim card and enter the new sim card number there

@Hp3 You can do this in your account . Profile page and sim swap the number
