Hello,
I am encountering an issue where SMS messages from an application using Twilio are not being received by users on the Public Mobile network. Telus, Rogers/Shaw seem fine. Is there any known outage or blocklist that we can be referred to?
A case has also been opened with Twilio but it is on hold as they try to contact carriers (I assume Public Mobile/Telus).

Thanks for the reply, no it is not via shortcode.
No changes have been made to the affected application/service, but we started receiving reports of users not receiving MFA codes and have narrowed it down to users on the Public Mobile carrier. Twilio is reporting the messages as sent/received.

hi @MH9 is that via short code? And you are nee to PM and just ported in the number? it takes 3 days for short code messaging to start working after porting the number
