Hello I have been with Public Mobile for a few years now. My SMS was working fine until I went to Vietnam for vacation and since coming back to Canada my SMS is still not working. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the eSIM I set up in Vietnam but I have already deleted that eSim as soon as I returned to Canada. Aside from the SMS issue my phone works fine.
My plan includes unlimited SMS within Canada and International.

iPhone or Android? Make sure your Vietnam eSim is disabled or even delete it.
On iPhone, just go to Settings->Cellular and remove the Vietnam esim. On Android, you can find that in the Sim Manager screen
After the Vietnam esim is disabled or deleted, reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings

@Nyqm27 have you tried restarting your phone? Are you able to try your SIM in another phone? Something else you can try is doing a network reset.
