Trying to receive a Security Code from CRA SMS but not receiving it. I get them from Public Mobile but not CRA . What is the problem?

I receive CRA codes on both of our PM accounts.

HI @VenusS did you just activate a new account and request porting your phone number?
It is normal for new account to wait as many as a week to get 2FA codes from CRA or banks. They put that security feature in place just to avoid SIM fraud. If it has not been a week yet, you will have to wait or you have to contact CRA or maybe have the code send to your email instead

Can you receive 2FA SMS from any other institution (bank)?
Can you receive SMS from any other mobile phone?
When did you join PM?
Did you port your old number recently?

@VenusS Hi have you recently transfered your number from another provider? it can take up to 10 days for it to work,especially from CRA with there security protection
