Received message from PM regarding inactive account or payment? I don't know why I received this (I believe it may have been expired CC), but I since changed it to another CC which I know is not expired, made payment on stub amount outstanding and set it as the new CC on file. I continue to receive the same message however. The account is active per account page. I'm confused.

Are you referring to refresh/private mode on desktop or mobile?

Everybody receives SMS from PM few days before renewal date. You cannot stop that easily.
If you know your account is in good standing ignore it.
To be 100% sure, log in to your account and confirm status.

Make sure to refresh the data by using the little refresh icons lower down or use private mode. If all is correct then you can ignore the messages.
