Paid and ordered for a new sim
has been 20 days hasn’t shown up
cant reach customer support can’t submit a ticket
cant privately message the CS agent
i want this sorted or my money back!

some have wisely chosen to purchase their Public Mobile Sim cards from a corporate Telus or Koodo location as opposed to through Public Mobile site.
You can choose to do this and Public Mobile will credit you back the cost of your purchase after you contact them.

Keep an eye on your mailbox here as that is where your reply will come in (envelope icon on desktop, click your avatar icon in the corner and then click messages if on mobile).
Unfortunately it can take up to three weeks to receive a SIM card directly from PM, this is why many of us suggest to only order them off of Amazon or to pick them up from a local telus corporate store. I’ll leave links to those and if you end up purchasing one from elsewhere provide the receipt to customer service and see if they’ll give you a refund.
