I have signed up for public and my SIM won’t work. I did it almost 24 hours ago. I have shut off the phone and turned it back on. It is telling me “no service”

@dpyle87Can you swap your SIM card into another phone to see if it gets service? It doesn't need to be an iPhone. It sounds like your service was not provisioned correctly. If the SIM card doesn't work in a known working and unlocked phone you will need to contact the moderators.

Yes. It is an iPhone 7. I’m assuming it’s not locked because I didn’t get an error message like I did from the iPhone SE I tried it in.

@dpyle87Can you check if your credit card has been charged? Are you able to log into your selfserve?
