Does PM have SIM swap protection feature? I used to use it with other providers, but don't know if PM has it.

No point contacting customer service agent. There is no password protection with PM.

Actually, I tried to do it, but you need to choose a type of ticket you want to submit, and there is no type like other, and all available topics require the information, like new SIM number, if I choose SIM change option. I will try to submit under non related topics though.

I don't know but you could send a ticket to pm and see if it's possible to put a password on the account for any changes to the account. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Thank you for your response. Do you mean two steps identification with text messages? I read that it doesn't necessarily protect from SIM swap.

hi @GalaD sorry, no such option with PM. But porting always requires a text authorization and that is the way to avoid sim fraud here
