When I make a call, it says:
Sorry we cannot complete your call. Since you don't have an active plan on your account. I do have an active plan and it's paid for.
Normal?

If I go here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-payment/manage-subscription
I see that I'm subscribed.

I believe that once you enter the cc information, it will tell you that you will be automatically set up for autopay if you agree.
When you signed in, does it not say that you are Subscribed in green? If so, that should mean that you are and the next renewal should be automatic.
Subscribed or Autopay is on the main tab where it says you are Subscribed. You subscribe and unsubscribe by clicking the Manage Subscription button.

When I go to this link, I can make a manual payment but there's no Subscribe (AutoPay) button.

Maybe I'll try after tonight's planned upgrade? I'll check back tomorrow.

There seems to be a glitch in the AutoPay system. Just login to your account and enable the Subscribe (AutoPay) button for future payments then make an manual payment for restore current service. Or dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC to make a manual payment.
If You issues trying to login to your account. Contact a CS_Agent to help you.

It seems I cannot set the payments automatic... Would someone indicate if this is still available? And if so, how please?

For an unknown reason, it was not paid... It was taking automatic payments on my credit card before. Credit card still good. Wonder why it stopped automatic payment. This time I did a manual payment using the same card. I can now make calls. Weird.
