Hello
Phone is giving me message that the SIM (physical) is disabled and need the PUK code.
PUK does not appear on the plastic credit card that the SIM came with.
Help!

Please ignore that false information that you have seen in search results and various websites. To date, I have never seen the PUK for the SIM card on the plastic part attached to the SIM card or anywhere on the packaging of a SIM card for any carrrier. Public Mobile does not provide this code unless the customer requests it.

Looks like you will need to contact customer service agent.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help

What exact message is your phone showing?
If new customer, is your phone locked to previous carrier?
