SIM didn't arrive

I ordered SIM online on Dec 11, 2022, which never arrived. Can you please look at the issue? Order No 319445.

If 10 business has surpassed please use chatbot to create a ticket. Also be prepared to log onto your community account. You need your order number as well. They will give you 2 options. 

 

 

      1. Place a new order on your behalf. If you agree please share with us the following info:

          Shipping address if different from the one you previously shared
          Email
          Contact phone number

      2. Buy the sim card at the Koodo/TELUS store. Once the sim card is active feel free to          send us a private message as you did today in order to apply a one time credit

          for the sim card cost

 

If you take option 1 make sure if you ordered 2 for $10 that you let them know that you expect 2 sims.

HI @shaon083_nsu   if you need one in rush , maybe to activate before the Black Friday deal gone, maybe buy an extra one from Telus or Koodo store instead of waiting.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered by Canada Post.

Consider higher volume of mail due to holiday season so mail might be delayed.(if anybody still knows how to Write and Actually does Write a letters on paper)

With the holidays and all, it could take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive.

These guys promise fast delivery and if you're near the GTA, they have local pick-up options...

@shaon083_nsu   sim order could take as many as 3 weeks, but you should be getting it this week or next

 

Still, open ticket with PM support and ask for update.  Please message them directly with the order number
