SIM card

I ordered a SIM card on may 1, still haven't received it after 12 business days. Can someone please tell me when it will arrive?

Too late to get the deal now anyway.

And I bought and activated my own a day or two early I guess, since the $39 deal for new customers started just after I activated the $40/15GB, and I would have been considered a new customer if I had ported my Koodo number a day later. We then immediately ordered a sim for her online so she could at least get the deal. (I'm working away from work, so I was close to a Telus store -- she isn't, and I won't be home home another month). That deal ended so quickly that she wouldn't have had a chance to get it without driving for an hour to find a Telus store.

@mik101 if you are worry, get the sim from a local Telus/Koodo store.  At the same time, open ticket with support, explain it has been 15 days and you need the sim card now.  They will usually agree to reimburse you the cost yii buy from store

My Fiancee is in the same boat..it was ordered May 1st or May 2nd. I wouldn't even be shocked if they delayed fulfilling orders until the $39 deal ended yesterday...

@MonaMa

Thanks for your help, that is very kind. I just don't understand why they let me wait this long, then start blaming it on delivery issues when order was only fulfilled today. And then I got told to wait another 15 days. I'm starting to wonder if its a good choice...... But I will try your suggestion and see if there is a store where I could get a Sim card:)

I didn't know that this is an option

@MonaMa   it is.  One of my sim was lost on the way and they offered me that option or resend,  But I opened ticket much later, like after 3 weeks  🙂

@MonaMa   I think 5 to 10 business days are the average.  I ordered couple before, I think 2 arrived within that time, but one was lost.

Open ticket with them first.  If you need it urgently ask them to let you buy the sim card from local Telus/Koodo store and ask them to reimburse you the cost of that extra sim

Then it shouldn't say 5-10 business days when ordering. I just got a message that my order got fulfilled today and some excuse about Canada post not delivering on time. I don't think that's the issue here.

@MonaMa , It took over 3 weeks for my SIM card to arrive from Public Mobile that’s delivered through Canada Post. Some gets theirs much faster!
If you need a Public Mobile SIM card faster you could try & see if there’s a local
Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik store nearby to purchase one & setup your account online at home. Then once your SIM card that you ordered from here arrives you can save it as a spare incase you lose 1 or pass it on to someone else that wants to sign up.

@MonaMa

Unfortunately, Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks

However, since it has been over 12 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
