Purchased phone from Public. Phone arrived but no SIM card.

@LRH you will have to open ticket with PM support
But do you need the sim card for new account activation?
if you are a PM subscriber now , just try to change phone, you can simply swap the sim card from old phone to new phone, without waiting for PM's to send you a new one
if you need it for new account activation, please note that it could take them long to ship one back , a week to three weeks. You might want to buy a PM sim from local Telus or Koodo store so you can activate earlier
But either way, it's good to ask PM to send you back one. Please open ticket with PM using chatbot

@LRH @The SIM card usually comes with a phone double check it again and also note that SIM cards can take between 3 days and 3 weeks
