I can't use the SIM card activate phone.

Please click on that arrow in your box and edit your phone number and other private info. These are not private forums. 

You need to contact support to send out a physical SIM card.

My present SMS and phone number is 1604xxxxx, my phone cannot support e_SIM and I need to reset your eSIM activation and switch to physical SIM card. MY physical SIM card ICCID number is 8912230000xxxxxxxxxx.

Your will need to purchase a SIM. It is available for $5 at Amazon with fast shipping. If you order from PM, it will take about 2 weeks to 3 weeks to arrive.

Once you have the SIM, login with the email you used for the purchase of the 50% off promo.
