My present SMS and phone number is 1604xxxxx, my phone cannot support e_SIM and I need to reset your eSIM activation and switch to physical SIM card. MY physical SIM card ICCID number is 8912230000xxxxxxxxxx.

Your will need to purchase a SIM. It is available for $5 at Amazon with fast shipping. If you order from PM, it will take about 2 weeks to 3 weeks to arrive.
Once you have the SIM, login with the email you used for the purchase of the 50% off promo.
