I had ordered a Sim card thinking it would take 1-2 business days to arrive like it said on the page, but in the email I got it said it wouldn't come until next week. I decided to go to the store and just pick one up. Is it possible to get a refund or credit for the Sim card I had ordered and thought was going to come in a reasonable amount of time?

It normally take 1-2 days to process your order before it is shipped out.

Hey @Kim311
It can take up to 3 weeks to get it in the mail. But yes, due to the time they promise it comes and the time it actually comes, they will gladly give you a credit to your account minus taxes.
