so, you have a suspended account? how long the account suspended for? If over 90 days, the account would have been closed and you need a new sim card and create a new account

what troubles you have exactly? What model of phone do you have? are you new or existing customers?
your sim not connecting to the network at all?
Try Reset Network Settings. And try your sim on another phone
