I am still waiting for my SIM card. It was going to arrive on Monday but did not! I know Canada Post is on strike but it has been 3 weeks that I ordered a SIM card and I need it. Tell me please when it arrives!

Would suggest to activate almost instantly by E-SIM. Then if you prefer to use a physical sim just convert to it when you eventually do receive it. Good luck.

when you placed the order?  Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

But you waited 3 weeks, so  ask PM support agent for status, you can  submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

probly won't get there til after Posties go back to work. Use the services of Amazon for fast delivery now...or a  Mobile Klinik might be in your area.
