@gdusastre Support usually reply with in the hour sometimes longer , just have to keep an eye on your community in box for their response . Or you can use this link to keep watch

I tried several times to open a ticket from different browsers, it always returned and error message and "try again" very frustrating, no way to talk to a human, terrible customer service

my iphone is fine, and was working fine with Telus and the Telus Sim card juts before i moved to Public ... chat box is useless,i tried 3 times to open a ticket ad everytimes it ended an "error, try again" . No way to talk to someone, very frustrtaing, terrible csutomer service

you sure it is not your phone? try to take the sim out, wipe it and test again.
And test in the sim in another phone to confirm
