I have very old cell phone, which is not able to download the App. How could I complete registration activating my SIM card, I've purchased?

best and easiest way is to ask a friend to download the app and activate for you
after it is done activating, your friend can delete the app and you can access everything online via the browser
but if you don't like that, some had success to use the browser to go all the way to payment. After payment step, it will ask you to download the app. Instead of doing that, open a ticket with support agent and they can help to complete the rest. They can help at that stage because account already created and hence they can take over from there (just choosing phone number and final activation step)

get a friend or family member with a smartyphone to download the free Public Mobile app and activate your new acct. Then, they can delete it if they want to.
