SIM card refund

I went to the Telus Koodo store to get a Sim card for my son so now I need refunded of the same card that you charge me that I never received. Thank you, Heather.

@Pippi1  did you wait long , longer than 3 weeks and hence went to Telus/Koodo store to get one?

If you waited and ask first, usually they can reimburse you.  You got it already, but still message them and see wht they say.  Message them directly here:
