My data keeps shutting off for extended periods with a message stating data is shut off by carrier what is this ? Going on 20 hours like this

@Disgruntled_1 you sure you still have data left? Please login My Account using Incognito mode to check agian
If it shows you still have data, and if you have Android, can you confirm if you have setup any mobile data limit like this one:
If you have no data limit, can you confirm if your voice are text are both working?

Could be...
- you've reached your allotement
- you have a data limiter set on data, so your device 'shuts' it down after a certain limit is set
- you're in a poor reception area
Try, rebooting device and resetting network connections.
If it persists after the above, ask a customer support agent to see if they can assist.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us, or,
- Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
