My SIM card number on my phone differs from my Current Phone Number. I was able to able to change my Ever Safe number to the Current Phone Number, but am unable to change my SIM card number. Is there a way to?

@Sgibson411 if your services are working fine you should not be changing any SIM numbers. If you are replacing because you existing SIM card is damaged then you should be able to update the new SIM number in your PM app by going into the "Account" tab, then go to "Change your SIM card"

@Sgibson411 are you replacing the SIM card with brand new PM SIM card ? If so log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this

hi @Sgibson411 why and how your sim card number is different? did you just got a new replacement sim? you need to go to profile page to update
