Hi team,
I have ordered new SIM card online on April 26th still SIM card haven’t delivered. My order 290998. Can you kindly look into this issue.

Going forward you may want to look into alternatives to get the PM sim, both for price and receiving it In a timely fashion

HI @Balaji Yes, it has been 10 days for your order. But it could be another 10 days before you receive the Sim card. The delivery time is just unreasonable.

Order from PM usually takes up to 3 weeks to arrive. Since SIM is sent by Canada Post. If you do not receive it until May 16th, you should inquire with the agent.

@Balaji PM usually fulfill the order in 2 or 3 weeks.

If you need the sim card urgently for activation, check with local mobile store. Many of them will give it out for free if you activate with them
