SIM card not arrived

I orders the SIM and was charged on August 31 as of today Sep 13 I have not received order 73435. I have emailed customer service and no reply. Now I have doubts about Connecting with PM. Can I send the the SIM if I ever get it for a refund

@Dhruvin of you have your order number then that's your tracking number. Just enter it on Canada post and it will ask you for your postal code. If it's lost contact the moderator_team to get a replacement one

Did you receive an email with a tracking number ?

If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help   -> Click on Chat with Simon - on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

I'm sorry to hear that you still haven't received your SIM card.

When I ordered a sim, it was sent by Xpresspost with tracking. I didn't get the tracking number, though, until I saw it on the envelope once it arrived. Maybe PM can track the shipment location?

Do you have a community mail box, do you check it regularly (mine was delivered without notice to my box)?

 

Are you in a remote area?

 

Perhaps something lost in the mail... Mary or @Shazia_K will have to look into it.
