if you buy it from any store Telus or Koodo or Amazon.
use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
on the top up has a quick links. to change SIM card number.

Yup. You can do that yourself in the self service part of your account. We'll help you if you can't figure it out...but it's a piece O' cake.
edit for directions...
Log in to your account / My Profile / Edit Account Info / New Sim...then Save Changes....VOILA !

I am already customer with Public Mobile. Once I receive sim card, how do i activate it?

If I buy it from Amazon, how it will know that I am a previous customer with Public Mobile. Do I have to activate it again?

Do not get it from PM site online as it could take 1 to 3 weeks for it to arrive.

Go to top of this page click Shop / Sim Card to make the purchase.
It'll take a few weeks to arrive...unless you can get to a Koodo kiosk to see if they have one for you.

@Minnix1 hi your best bet to get one quick would be to go to a koodo or telus store, or order one from amazon usually come within a week if you order from public it can take up to 3 weeks
