SIM card hasn't come and it's been a month and a half and I can't submit a ticket

So uh yeah it's been a while and my SIM cards still not here. I'm told to submit a ticket but there's literally no order number associated with the email I got about receiving my SIM card so I can't submit a ticket

you might have received an email from PM after the purchase

just message support and provide them the information you have :
