SIM card hasn’t arrived

I purchased a SIM card online on Dec 28th and it hasn’t arrived yet. When should I expect it?

It was on order number 321264.

It usually takes 5-10 business days even though some customers did report way longer delivery time. Or even they did not receive at all so be ready to wait.

If you need a SIM right away, go to a Telus/Koodo store and pick one up if there is a deadline ona PM promo. Otherwise, it should arrive in a couple of days.

@Tovermeyer   Please note that sim card can take as many as 3 weeks for PM to deliver.  

 

but open a ticket with PM support and request a status update

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us",  then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
