We ordered a SIM card online on Jan. 9 and still have not received it in the mail. Website says that we should receive it in 3-7 days. Is the wait time longer now? We are in Bancroft, ON.

Those time-lines should really be changed to reflect the reality of the mail system these days.

As indicated, give it 2 weeks from the order date.

If you REALLY need a SIM card and service sooner, you can get one at Walmart or London Drugs, or maybe other retailers who supply mobile services and supplies.   It's always a good idea to have an extra SIM card handy anyway -- just in case.

There have been delays for delivery due to the pandemic.  It generally two to three weeks.  If you need one right away, you could try purchasing one from a local retailer.

@cbetson Try tracking it using the order number and see its status.

@cbetson , with covid and large volumes of items shipped instead of bough in store, the shipping times have increased.  I suggest giving it another week.  If you still have not received the order by then you can initiate a support ticket by clicking on the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage.
