Followed the instructions in the Public Mobile app to pick up a new SIM card from the nearest Telus store. Arrived they to be told that they don't support Public Mobile. So, ordered the sim through the app and was charged for it on March 12. It's April 5th and no sign of the card. How do I get cost of the card refunded when there's no actual customer service to speak to?

Nope. Never arrived so ditched PM for a different carrier. Happy to be done with PM
