Hi, so I recently activated my SIM card once it arrived, I couldn't get my service going till I did some searching online on how to get it going, I found an APn for Manitoba, my data is working now but I have 1 issue, phones calls is not working, what can I do?

If you activated your SIM with a new number then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.
If you ported your old number over to PM. You need to reply to the text with your old SIM in your phone with YES within the 90 minute window. If you missed this step then you need to submit a ticket on the Chat icon.

Try the sim card in another phone if you have one. Could've been an error with activation. If it doesn't work, send a message to pm asking for assistance.
